Design By Committee is working with Capital&Centric and Homes England to cook up big plans for Northstowe.

Collectively, the committee is developing a vision for a buzzing town centre. Think lush green hangouts, shops, bars, coffee shops, workspace, and community spaces to bring people together. There’s already a pioneering community in Northstowe that needs space to interact and grow.

There’ll be beautifully designed, sustainable homes but it’s the spaces in between that make a real neighbourhood.

New towns often get a bad rep and, frankly, in the past they have been pretty soulless. But we’re determined to get this right and create a place with a standout identity, that stands the test of time and is a place the community can be proud of.
